Thank you all for supporting, contributing and making the 2nd International Congress on

in conjunction with

a success..

Due to the success of MRE 2013 Congress last year in Athens, Greece, the 2nd International Congress on MATERIALS and RENEWABLE ENERGY, MRE 2014 in conjunction with 2nd International Conference on Nanomaterials Symposia, part of UK-China Symposium of New Energy Materials and Nanotechnology was hosted by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) during 8 - 10 August 2014.

Prof. Ning Wang, Chair of the Congress and representative of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong will be delivering key note presentation on;

Dimension-controlled synthesis of nanostructures with novel properties for potential applications”

The MRE 2014 is held parallel with Nanomaterial Symposia delivered range of additional plenary presenters, exhibition from senior collaborators, research students, Industrial exhibition, short technical courses and more importantly a discussion panel on new and emerging trends of Renewable Energy from leading experts.

Prof. Michel Van Hove,

Director, Institute of Computational and Theoretical Studies (ICTS), and Chair Professor in Physics, Department of Physics.

Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong.

“Energy in Molecular Machines”

The development in the renewable energy sector means momentum is growing internationally for renewable alternatives, and the addition of BIO-MATERIALS into the Symposia.
